Lee & Associates adds 2 experienced brokers to Edison team as SVPs

Lee & Associates on Thursday announced it further strengthened its market-leading team of New Jersey brokerage specialists with the additions of Monica Franco and Claudia Ganas as senior vice presidents. These experienced industry professionals are based in the commercial real estate firm’s Edison office.

Together, Franco and Ganas have closed nearly $100 million in real estate transactions. Their decision to join Lee & Associates New Jersey underscores the firm’s powerful culture, brand recognition, resources and national referral network offered to its team.

Franco, a resident of Colonia, specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties with a focus on central/southern New Jersey. For more than six years, she has represented tenants, landlords, investors and developers both locally and across the country. Franco joined Lee & Associates from CRP Realty and previously spent 15 years with Capital One working in finance/commercial lending. She is a member of the Material Handling Society New Jersey.

Ganas’ real estate career began more than 10 years ago. The Hillsborough resident specializes in the sale and leasing and acquisition/disposition of industrial and investment properties and land parcels. With a broad geographic focus and client-centric approach, her expertise includes strategic real estate consulting for owners and investors. Ganas comes to Lee & Associates from CRP Realty and previously worked with Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Monica and Claudia are strong additions to our brokerage team, and we are thrilled to welcome them both to Lee & Associates,” Jessica Vasil, who directs the firm’s New Jersey operations, said. “These growth-driven professionals excel at building relationships and leveraging new opportunities. We are confident their leadership will be a tremendous asset for our clients and Lee & Associates’ long-term success.”
