Netflix to Open $900 Million Production Facility in New Jersey
Netflix will pay $55 million for the land, which has sat virtually untouched for more than a decade. The company plans nearly $850 million in capital investments on the property. The project is expected to create more than 5,000 permanent and construction-related jobs. The company will open a production facility on the former Fort Monmouth campus.
