Pascrell announces $69.9M in federal funding to upgrade Kearny’s sewerage systems
U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-9) announced $69.9 million in federal funding to upgrade Kearny’s sewerage system, one of several North Jersey flood prevention projects. Pascrell advocated for several U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ flood prevention projects throughout North Jersey would be included in the Water Resources Development section (Division H) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
