Secaucus cannabis board discusses new retail application
Floro Secaucus LLC is seeking a retail license to sell recreational cannabis in Secaucus. The town's Local Cannabis Control Board held a special meeting on Dec. 20 to discuss the application. Officials said there had been some inquiries about businesses seeking to open in one of the permitted warehouse lots. Floro is gathering more information for the board based on its first gathering. According to Jeffas, the board may have another meeting to discuss Floro's applications. Floro operates about 20 or so recreational cannabis facilities in the United States and Canada, Jeffas said.
