A warehouse complex proposed for Admiral Wilson Boulevard would have 122 loading docks and 72 tractor-trailer parking spaces. The development is being built on spec, meaning there is no committed tenant. An earlier version of the plan was presented to the Planning Board in 2020. The developer will seek amended preliminary and final site plan approval next week. Much of the acreage is wooded, but part of the site now contains an outdoor roller rink.
